Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer any questions we had.

That the air conditioning system was not very effective. We found ourselves having to keep the window open to maintain a comfortable temperature, which sometimes made the room a bit noisy.

This hotel is located in a nice, quiet area close to the train station which has direct connection to the city center. It is also right beside the university hospital, making it a convenient choice for those visiting. it is close to the autobahn, perfect for travelers passing through. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provides exceptional service, as seen in their helpful recommendations and assistance with food delivery.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the hallway and lift, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The Mercure Hotel provided a great big room with comfy beds and a nice and clean environment. We were impressed with the breakfast choices available. The standout experience was meeting Chef Patrick, who greeted us with a smile and made our stay enjoyable. Although he had to go on vacation after 2 days, we appreciated his warm welcome.
