stayed in heilbronn before, but mercure exceeded expectations this time. clean, new, and convenient with great room quality and soundproofing. comfy bed, nice linens, and delicious breakfast. staff spoke english and provided excellent service. perfect location with live music in the lobby. overall, a solid stay.

Confusing parking access instructions.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in the very center of the city was perfect for exploring all the attractions and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the convenience of having a bar inside the hotel was a fantastic bonus for enjoying a relaxing drink after a long day of sightseeing. The easy parking was also a major plus, ensuring we had no trouble finding a spot for our car.

Stayed in a comfortable, brand new hotel with easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room temperature was perfect with a nice breeze. Enjoyed watching soccer on the good TV set. Breakfast buffet was delicious and dinner at the restaurant was decent. The bar had friendly and helpful bartenders. WiFi was reliable for email and browsing. The cleaning staff had a few slip-ups, but the reception helped resolve the issue. I would recommend this hotel for a visit.

Perfectly situated in the lively area of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from, and within walking distance of attractions. the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with great attention to detail, with a nice bar to relax in after a long day.

The parking situation is a bit confusing with no direct access to the hotel. the windows in the rooms do not open properly, so it's difficult to get fresh air in the morning.

The location of Mercure Hotel is perfect, right at the beginning of the pedestrian road along the Neckar river banks. There are plenty of cozy restaurants and bars nearby, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Heilbronn Experimenta. the neighboring Soleo indoor bath and sauna is just a couple of steps away. the hotel is new and has an interesting design. Despite facing the road, my room was surprisingly quiet. the staff was courteous and professional, and the room was very clean with a great view of the square and river. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including made-to-order waffles and eggs.
