The value for money at Mintrops was fantastic! The room was spacious and luxurious, with a huge bathroom and a separate bedroom for extra privacy. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful houses, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even showed us their impressive 150-year-old dining room.

The only improvement that could be made for breakfast is better communication between the staff and guests. One morning, there was a slight mix-up with our order, but the rest of the experience was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely square surrounded by beautiful old houses. Convenient location, only 10 minutes by train to the city center. Historical building with nice architecture. Upgraded to a Junior suite. Warm stay with adjustable heating. Breakfast with fresh orange juice. Close to Messe Essen.
