The room had a beautiful view of the town and the nearby area. It was really nice to wake up to such a picturesque scenery. the shower and bath were amazing, with a powerful rainfall shower head that even my tall husband could fit comfortably under. the location was also great, with easy access to all the main roads and a supermarket conveniently located across the street. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the attached bakery, it was a great way to start the day.

The sliding bathroom door was a bit tricky to open and close, and it made some squeaking noises. It wasn't a major issue, but it was a bit annoying at times.

The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. The cafe downstairs and the nearby grocery store were convenient amenities. The room smelled fresh and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. a great stay!

The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the towns of Simbach and Braunau. The shower and bath were heavenly, and even my 6'4" husband had no trouble fitting under the rainfall shower head. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main roads. The staff, including the owner and receptionist, were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist with a car key issue we had upon arrival. a great place to stay with excellent service!
