the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for using public transportation. it was a great base for exploring the city.

The first thing I liked was the amazing daily breakfast. It had a wide range of options and was included in the room rate, which was a great value for the money. the second thing that stood out was the complimentary hot chocolate available throughout the day in the lobby. It was just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. the location was ideal too, as it was walking distance from major attractions and easy to access public transportation.

There were a few downsides. the check-in process was disorganized and there was no clear signage to direct us.
