I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, right beside the S-bahn in the city center. It was so convenient to have the train station close by, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a super market right next door, which was a huge bonus. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel could improve on fulfilling special requests made prior to the stay.

My recent stay at Motel One Berlin Ku Damm was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of gluten-free options for breakfast. The room had a safe, which was an added bonus for me. Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had two windows that actually kept most of the noise out, which made it easy to take naps in-between sightseeing. the location is close to some key attractions and easily accessible by public transport. the staff at the bar were friendly and accommodating.

Our Easter stay was spoiled by a lack of air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep comfortably at night. We also missed having a kettle in the room and a mini-fridge which would have made it easier to prepare and store basic drinks and snacks.

We loved that the receptionist reduced the price for solo travelers, showing honesty and fairness. Our room had a peaceful view of the quiet side street, perfect for working without distractions. The room was beautifully presented, with a fabulous power shower. And let's not forget about the bar that offers an impressive selection of 40 different kinds of gin!

Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.
