We loved the clean, modern rooms and the fantastic view from our quiet room on the 19th floor. The hotel's location near public transport made it easy to explore the city, and it was also within walking distance of the central station. The lobby had comfortable seating and a bar where we could order drinks. We were also impressed by the hotel's dog-friendly policy.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Motel One Hamburg-Alster. The location was perfect, with the subway stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Our room was small but clean and well-designed. The hotel had a great vibe, with a cozy lobby that transformed into a bar in the evening. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, offered a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.
