I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was clean and basic, and the staff treated me really well. The location was perfect, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance.

The breakfast option could have been improved by having reception handle the reservation process instead of using QR codes.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fluffy towels provided in the rooms. the hotel is located very close to some great Christmas markets and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. I enjoyed the breakfast selection that was available.

My stay at the hotel was marred by the terrible service provided by the staff. They seemed very unfriendly and unhelpful, which made my experience very stressful.

Great location, near public transportation and walking distance to the city center. Parking available. Room was clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent view of St. Michaelis church. The shower had great water pressure and hot water was available immediately. The hotel had a good WiFi connection throughout.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.
