The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. it is very close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay, with modern decor and amenities like underground parking and a friendly staff.

The breakfast area can be a bit crowded and uncomfortable due to the limited number of dining tables.

Great location if travelling by train, just across the courtyard from the station. Hotel was modern, clean, and had all the basics you needed for a quick stay. Big room with a lot of free space for luggage.

The room was really hot, unable to open the window, and the air-con just made it even worse. Lack of shops and coffee bars within walking distance.

The room was really nice, with comfy beds and nice decoration. The shower pressure was perfect and the tiles in the bathroom were heated, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location was excellent, just next to the arena and a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was also conveniently located 100m from public transport. the hotel offered a great breakfast with a superb terrace, and the staff were kind enough to give me a piece of fruit for free when I checked out.

One of the negatives of the hotel was the lack of amenities in the room, such as a kettle and fridge. there was no desk in the room, although there was plenty of room in the common area for work.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a short walk to the Christmas markets and stunning views from the huge windows. The fact that it is pet-friendly was a bonus, as my dog enjoyed people-watching from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. The cleanliness and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book here again when I return to Cologne.
