We recently stayed at a hotel in Munich and had a great time. Motel One Munchen-Parkstadt Schwabing provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a plus. the location was convenient, with a short 10-15 minute walk to the U-bahn. the rooms were well-designed and the beds were comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. the hotel also had convenient amenities like USB sockets next to the bed and a rooftop bar with a great view. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

Nothing that I didn't like.

To start, the location of this hotel was amazing! We were right near the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. I loved that they offered free Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries in the room. the breakfast options were great, they had a variety of foods to choose from which made starting the day off right easy. I had a wonderful time here and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

While the hotel was overall very nice, there were a few minor things that could be improved. For instance, the room was a bit cramped and could have been a bit more spacious.

This new hotel in Schwabing is perfect for my business trip. It's modern, clean, and the staff efficiently managed the long check-in line. The room had no issues and I appreciated the window shades for a good night's sleep. The underground parking was convenient and the location felt safe. The Lufthansa Express Shuttle made traveling to the airport a breeze. The bar had an impressive selection of various gin brands. a great stay for youngish business people.

The bar on the rooftop was occasionally inaccessible due to private events.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. Secondly, the location in the Munich IT area was perfect for my needs, with Microsoft being right next door. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were equipped with a comfortable king bed and basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. Lastly, the breakfast provided a good selection of options, perfect to start the day.
