The view was spectacular, with a stunning view of the castle and Alpsee. Great location near the castles, ticket office, and bus station. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing breakfast with fresh pancakes and eggs made to order.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the small village. It is perfectly situated between the two main castles, allowing for easy access to both attractions. Additionally, the hotel offers breathtaking views as it is in front of both castles. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering terraces and amazing views of the surrounding area. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi in some of the rooms was not reliable and only worked in certain areas, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a strong internet connection.

Front desk staff was very helpful and purchased our castle tickets for us. Breakfast had a great variety of tasty options. The chocolates on the pillow were a nice touch. We had a lovely stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel was pet-friendly which was a great advantage for us as we were traveling with our furry friends.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. the evening waitress was quite strict about ordering certain items from the menu and restricted us to only ordering from the child's menu, which was disappointing considering the price we paid for our stay.

Stayed at this hotel during a romantic escape and it was perfect! the staff were friendly and helpful, arranging tickets for the nearby castles in advance. the location was key, allowing us to easily visit the castles and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the room was fantastic, with a spacious and clean layout. An additional advantage was the lovely surprise of fresh fruit waiting for us in our room upon return from our castle tours.

The only downside was the construction happening across the street, which was a bit noisy during the day. However, it didn't detract from the overall great experience we had at this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located at the bottom of the castle mountain, right in the center of town. You can't beat the convenience of being just steps away from the castles. The rooms with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle are truly breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast with amazing views of the Castle is a wonderful way to start the day.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was perfect for any tourist wanting to visit the castles. From my room's balcony, I had an incredible view of both Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau, which were beautifully lit up at night. Plus, the hotel made it convenient to explore the area by offering ticket purchases for the castle and even a horse-led carriage ride. The Alpine feel and look of the hotel added to the overall charm and made my stay truly memorable.

stayed in hohenschwangau before, but muller was exceptional this time! the staff went above and beyond to assist with travel plans, the location right by the castles was perfect, and the views from the dining room were stunning. definitely coming back here!

parking issue

Beautiful views and very helpful staff. We enjoyed complementary breakfast and parking, which was very convenient. the hotel was also located very close to the castle and public transportation which made it easy for us to get around.

We felt the decor was a bit outdated, although fitting for the area, it may not be to everyone's taste.
