During my recent stay at Arthotel Ana Neotel, I was impressed with the cool retro bus theme and the strong Wifi connection. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including comfortable beds and balconies. The location of the hotel was superb for my purposes, and I appreciated the easy access to public transportation. The parking facilities were great, and the reception staff was able to communicate in English. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, and the staff promptly cleared away dishes and topped up the food. Despite a couple of minor issues with the room, such as a lock problem and slow shower flow, I was overall very satisfied with my stay. The hotel responded promptly when I realized I had left my watch behind and arranged for it to be delivered to me at another hotel. I would highly recommend Arthotel Ana Neotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel had a "retro flair" that made me feel like I was living in the 1960s. The ride on the rack railway up to the television tower was definitely a highlight.

The hotel's services may jeopardize the smooth operation of the business, but hey, at least it adds some excitement to the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area near the airport. It was so convenient to have a train station right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent room service, and even helped with my laundry. The room amenities were great, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture.
