We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the city center and close to transport links, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service available at our convenience. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. The amenities provided in the room, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also loved the terrace where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. the hotel offered top-notch service and enhanced our experience.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a very comfortable and spacious room with a great bed. The entire hotel was bright and spotless, giving it a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel had a touch of oriental influences that added to its charm. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel I stayed at for my business trip was conveniently located near various companies, making it easy to commute. Although not in the city center, I didn't mind paying a bit more for a metro ride to Frankfurt. The bright and fresh decor gave a pleasant ambiance in the room, which had large windows bringing in ample natural light. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room had a functional desk for work. The room service provided excellent food, and the breakfast spread was worthy of a Marriott.

The maintenance and service seemed lacking, as basic amenities were not readily available, and housekeeping was not up to par.

Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing! The spacious room was perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed the top-notch service provided by the staff. The Eastside restaurant offered exceptional cuisine and the atmosphere was inviting. We also appreciated the central location, which allowed us to explore the nearby attractions with ease.

The hotel did not have a clear parking policy. We were charged exorbitant rates for parking and the staff didn't offer any assistance.
