The breakfast selection was outstanding, one of the best I've ever seen, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Additionally, the hotel had a sauna and a lovely terrace where I could relax and unwind. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

Convenient location near tram and underground. Comfortable room, except for pillows. Italian restaurant nearby was pleasant. Early breakfast, but good cold buffet.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Nh Berlin City Ost. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the metro station and a shopping mall. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday message and complimentary bottle of wine from the cleaning staff. The temperature in the room was comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of space. I had a very enjoyable stay at Nh Berlin City Ost.

We enjoyed the convenient location, just a stone's throw from a shopping center and public transport. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious. We appreciated the coffee and tea maker in the room, and the cleanliness was impressive.

The Wi-Fi in the room was weak, and we had difficulty connecting. we found the prices to be quite steep, especially considering that there were no private parking options available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll around the corner from the Ubahn station. We were able to easily explore the city using the circle line and the U5 underground line. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast selection was one of the best we've ever had. We also enjoyed the sauna room and the lovely patio area.

The pillows were a bit thin for our liking.
