Located conveniently near a U-Bahn station and close to the city center, this hotel is ideal for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and modern with LED lights and plenty of towels. The breakfast was tasty, though slightly pricey. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store luggage for a few hours after checkout.

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly as some marks were visible.

I had a fantastic stay at Nh Collection. The room was spacious and clean, and I was thrilled to find a nespresso machine in the room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had our favorite coffee cups, even though they were running out. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions within walking distance or a short taxi ride. The hotel also had a convenient underground station close by. The welcome drinks and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The reception and concierge staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, providing directions and assisting with printing documents. The hotel had a luxurious and impressive reception area, offering a slice of peace and calm in the busy city.

Reasonably priced bar with a great selection of drinks. Convenient nearby supermarkets for any necessary supplies.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with daily cleaning, along with shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom. The hairdryer in the room is of good quality. The location is great, close to Checkpoint Charlie and other attractions within walking distance. Taxis are conveniently parked outside.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located in the city centre, which made it very accessible to most must-see attractions, and the service provided by this place was top-notch. The room amenities were great, with an in-room safe, mini-bar, hair dryer, and free toiletries. Additionally, we were very pleased with the dining restaurant and spa & wellness centre facilities. Staff were accommodating towards our request for a later check-out, and the hotel provided a warm welcome with a welcome drink upon our arrival.

I stayed at the hotel for a week while exploring the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Stadmitte station and the Mall of Berlin. The staff, especially Philip, was incredibly helpful with dining recommendations and day trip ideas. The cocktails at the bar were amazing, and when I forgot some items in the room, they were happy to send them to my home address in Ireland. Can't fault the hotel in any way. Planning to return soon.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location for my first visit to the city. The hotel was within walking distance of all the main tourist sites and the u-bahn was easily accessible. The rooms were spacious and warm, which was especially important during my November stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making my overall experience pleasant. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a Christmas market, just a short 2-minute walk away.

This hotel has an excellent location in the city center, within walking distance to many attractions and near multiple subway lines. The staff is friendly and the rooms have basic amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast offers a great variety of options for all tastes and is included in the rate.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay, including the bathroom having a slight smell and the shower not functioning properly. Additionally, the coffee and tea facilities were only available on the first day.

The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel was in a prime location, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the room.

The wifi signal was weak and unreliable, especially in our room. the walls between rooms were thin, which made it hard to sleep through the noise coming from neighboring rooms.
