Our stay at Nh Collection Hamburg City was fantastic. The WiFi was brilliant, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and we were particularly impressed with the service from the lovely blonde waitress. We were also grateful for the umbrella that was provided to us, as it came in handy during a rainy day.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially the female manager at the reception desk. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and amenities like an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee set. The breakfast at this place was absolutely divine, with a wide selection of high-quality products like cheeses, meats, fresh fruit juices, and a collection of fine tea. The attention to detail, like chopped ginger and lemon, was really impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Hamburg. the U2 line station behind the hotel made it very easy to explore the city, including popular landmarks like the river, Rathaus, Kunsthalle, and shopping areas. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities in the massive bathroom. the staff, especially Ricardo at the front desk and Thaina and José at breakfast, were incredibly attentive and friendly. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We highly recommend Nh Collection Hamburg City for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

Our room at Nh Collection was clean and fresh, with tasteful modern furnishings and a big, nice bathroom. The bed was wonderful, with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, which satisfied all our needs with high-quality food served elegantly. Additionally, the hotel had a spacious underground parking area.

The air conditioning was not effective during our stay on a hot day, which made for an uncomfortable night. However, this may not be an issue during cooler weather.
