Had a great time over Easter at this modern hotel. The staff was accommodating and friendly with great communication. Loved the free sauna and fitness facilities, along with the reduction in excessive use of towels. Great view from the room, comfy bed, and rooms were well isolated with no sound from other rooms. The hotel had a fresh, light feel, and the city location made it easy to explore and experience the sights.

Although the car park was nice and large, it was tough to find it in the Media Park complex. The peeling wallpaper in the room was a minor detail but could use an update.

Loved the lovely views of the lake from the light-flooded Argento restaurant. The winter garden-inspired ambiance was perfect for enjoying delicious meals.

Oh, and who needs internet signals nowadays? It's so much fun to play hide and seek with the Wi-Fi in every corner of the building.

The location is wonderful, situated in a nice area not far from the center. I enjoyed taking walks around the beautiful small lake nearby. The hotel itself is in a lovely square, with a serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Issam. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The shower was great, and I appreciated having a minibar and safety box. the service was excellent, with room service available 24 hours a day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and felt new. Everything was clean and in great condition. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food, and the presentation and quality were top-notch. The staff was kind and always ready to assist me. The hotel is located in a quiet area, not far from the city center. It took me around 10 minutes to drive there.
