The hotel is perfectly located close to all the transport links that lead to all the museums on the island. Strolling around, we found various sightseeings in Berlin that we could visit by walk. Besides, we were delighted with the room, which was spacious and spotless clean, from the bathroom to the comfortable bed. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, the staff assisted us with everything we asked for with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a varied offer of delicious options.

The pricing for the restaurant food was a little steep; however, the mediterranean salad was loaded with too much bread and too little vegetables.

The hotel is in a prime location, just 200 meters from a subway station and within walking distance of Alexanderplatz and the iconic TV Tower which can be seen from the hotel. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city and visiting the Christmas markets and historical sites. The rooms are clean and bright with comfortable beds and memory foam mattresses. the hotel offers facilities such as a play area for children in the lobby and a mini-bar fridge for snacks and drinks.

The staff at the bar had poor English and took a long time to serve food and drinks, causing frustration for some guests.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to easily reach all the sightseeings we wanted to see. The hotel's staff was very helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us with travel and Internet inquiries. The rooms were clean, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We were also impressed by the hotel's restaurant and bar, which served delicious food and drinks.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to famous attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a good selection of tea and coffee. What we really appreciated were the complimentary toiletries and bottled water that were replenished daily. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever we needed recommendations for places to eat or directions to local sites.

The breakfast was quite expensive for what it was, and we found the staff to be somewhat uninviting. despite the hotel's policy on noise control, we could still hear some noise from other guests in the hallways early in the morning and late at night which interrupted our sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel in a great location. The breakfast was delicious, and although it was the same every day, there was a good variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the gift for our daughter upon check-in.
