The hotel is situated in a great location, with beautiful views of the river. Guests can enjoy the scenic surroundings and take in the sights of passing trains and boats. The interior of the hotel is well-designed and the rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and nicely appointed furnishings. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the restaurant staff are polite and attentive. there is a pool on the top terrace, allowing guests to relax and cool down.

Some guests have reported that the hotel lacks certain amenities and services.

The breakfast was good with a good selection of food and drink. the location was great with beautiful views of the river. Another advantage was the comfortable bed which allowed for a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring.

The air conditioning was not very effective which made for a less than comfortable stay, especially during the unusually warm Christmas season. the staff at the reception counter were quite rude and unhelpful.

Nice design, Lido deck, park nearby, Altes Zollhaus nearby, outdoor breakfast. Waterfront location, trains and boats can be noisy. Interior is well decorated, rooms well appointed, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
