The hotel was in a great location, with a beautiful park just a stone's throw away and a convenient subway station nearby. The parking situation was easy and hassle-free, making it convenient for travelers with cars. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and well-furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. to that, there were shops and a supermarket within walking distance, providing extra convenience for guests.

There was a slight inconvenience with the lack of room servicing during the stay, which meant that basic amenities such as towels and toiletries were not replaced regularly.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, centrally located in a suburb of Hamburg, and really close to the U1 train station. Furthermore, the hotel is conveniently situated near a nice city park. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with their friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Lastly, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Plaza Premium Parkhotel for 5 nights on a business trip. The room was spacious, with 2 double beds and 2 cots which the staff kindly arranged for us at no additional cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with supermarkets, coffee shops, and a pharmacy just a few steps away. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible by public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I had a pleasant stay at Plaza Premium Parkhotel. The room was spacious and well-furnished with plenty of storage options. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I would recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, being close to supermarkets and other shops. What we appreciated most though was the free parking and the availability of a test centre in the building. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help with any request we had.

One small thing we noticed was the lack of toiletries provided in the room and the dispensers in the bathroom. , the elevator only went up to the 2nd floor, which meant we had to carry our buggy up to the 3rd floor.
