The room was absolutely stunning, giving off a princess-like vibe with its elegant decor. We loved the peaceful location surrounded by beautiful scenery, creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic escape. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, both hot and cold, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were a few aspects that we felt could be improved upon. The spa experience was slightly disappointing, as our scheduled partner massages started late due to a mix-up in the spa's schedule.

The location of the hotel, right in the center of town, was a major advantage. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with spotless tidiness. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were also great, with creative and tasty dishes. The spa facility offered a satisfactory experience.

The service at the hotel was below average and the staff at the lobby were not helpful, taking hours to provide a simple request for mineral water and hot water for tea.

The hotel has a great location near the lovely Kurpark and spa. the newly renovated rooms were modern and clean. the breakfast was delicious and with an amazing view. the hotel staff provided excellent service.

The service was inconsistent at times and the language barrier made communication difficult.
