During my recent stay at Park Hyatt, I was amazed by the level of luxury and comfort provided. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, creating a truly indulgent atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always wore genuine smiles, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping, and the nearby Alster offered a lovely retreat. The pool and wellness area were also top-notch, providing a relaxing experience for me and my family. I highly recommend Park Hyatt for its convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.

A luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were definitely a highlight of this hotel. the location advantages were also a plus with easy access to the city centre. the restaurant and bar area were elegant and the private facilities in the room were top-notch.

The service at this hotel was not up to par. One minor issue was the lack of convenient power sockets by the bed.

The hotel’s complimentary breakfast was amazing and the staff was very accommodating when we requested for a late checkout. the hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the city without having to commute too much.

The pool area was a bit of disappointment because there were too many kids in the pool and it wasn’t very relaxing. the housekeeping service could have been better because our room was not cleaned properly and some things were left out of place.

This hotel is in the perfect location right in the heart of the city, with the main train station just a short walk away. It's also surrounded by shops, making it convenient for exploring the Christmas markets. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and tub. The staff provides impeccable service, and the spa facilities, including a heated pool and steam saunas, are top-notch.

The breakfast experience was below average, with poor service and overcooked omelettes.
