We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, as it is adjacent to a shopping mall and just at the edge of the Old Town. We were able to easily explore the city on foot and explore nearby restaurants. The service at this place was top-notch, with staff explaining every detail to us. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, such as a sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness center, perfect for relaxation. The staff's attention to detail and the overall quality of service made our stay truly enjoyable.

The secure underground parking, available for a small extra fee, was very practical for exploring the city the next day. Disliked the air conditioning system, which was positioned directly above the bed and couldn't be turned off. early check-in was not allowed, with strict adherence to the hotel policy even when the room was clearly ready.
