We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff at Paulaner Am Dom were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even providing directions for our journey to the airport. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, right by the cathedral and close to the main shopping area and old town. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection including eggs cooked to order. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on-site, which offered delicious traditional Bavarian cuisine with a modern twist.

The location was excellent, just steps away from a beautiful church and the main square. the staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. the best part was the restaurant - the dinner we had there was the best meal of our entire trip!

Not obvious to find.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and attentive staff to make your coffee or eggs. the location of the hotel couldn't be better, just a quick stroll to all the main attractions. having a nearby restaurant with great food was a bonus.

The small elevator was a bit of an inconvenience and could cause delays when trying to get to your room. when outside there was significant noise and cigarette smoke from the restaurant patrons which was unpleasant.

As a backpacker, I loved the central location and easy access to public transportation. The hotel is close to the main town square and the Romer/Dom U-Bahn Station, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot or using the subway. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was quick and friendly. The attached restaurant and beer garden also served great food at affordable prices.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the center and visiting the Christmas market. Although there was a minor hiccup with the wi-fi password being lost, the staff quickly resolved the issue. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
