We spent our Easter weekend in a historical building. the location was excellent as it was close to the town center and the castle. the breakfast was also a good point. It was complete, with eggs, fresh fruit, and other delicious items. We also enjoyed the friendly couple that runs the B&B. They were helpful and offered us a ride to dinner and the castle.

We had a bad experience as the room was not cleaned, and we had to ask for new towels. the staff's response was not helpful, and we felt like we were communicating with ghosts.

The location of the hotel is great, with the Wartburg Castle just a short distance away. The hosts were friendly and offered to drive guests to the castle and dinner. The breakfast served was extensive, with a variety of options including eggs, fresh fruit, rolls, and yogurt. The landlords of the hotel have done an impressive job revitalizing the building and bringing it up to its former glory, earning it a status as a listed building.

Some of the rooms lacked personal touches and were not as well-decorated as the rest of the house.
