The hotel had a good location near several popular attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable beds.

The weak air conditioning which made our room very warm and uncomfortable during the night. the shower did not have a proper door which caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from a charming Altstadt and has easy parking in a large underground garage. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with a simple modern styling and lots of wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The reception could have been warmer upon arrival, which could have made for a more welcoming experience.
