Convenient for those attending the IFA exhibition center in Berlin, with a direct train journey taking around 45 minutes. Some staff spoke perfect English, enhancing communication. Numerous pleasant restaurants in the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a pretty place within walking distance from the lake. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The owner of the hotel is friendly and provides excellent service, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options including fruits, cheese, eggs, and fish. there are several nice restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience and charm of the location.

Some staff members have limited proficiency in English, which may hinder communication at times.
