The hotel is situated in a nice location although a bit far from the centre. It is on the entire parade, which offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The restaurant in the hotel provides high-quality food, surpassing expectations and proving to be a great dining experience.

Some of the receptionists were less friendly and provided incorrect information about local attractions, which caused inconvenience for guests.

Had a city break recently and stayed at a hotel. Although the staff was courteous and readily available to answer any queries, there was little else that could be said to redeem my stay. The pool was definitely the high point - clean, well-maintained with easy access, and a decent swim. I especially appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the main tourist attractions and restaurants and how it made exploring the city on foot an easy affair.

On the flip side, the negatives outweighed the positives. My room faced the other side of the building, and the view was underwhelming, to say the least.

eggers exceeded my expectations once again during my recent stay in hamburg. the staff was kind and helpful, allowing me to have a late check-out and store my luggage. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and shower.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The room was luxurious with a walk-in closet, a big bathroom with a bath, and even a sitting area. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The restaurant served outstanding food - we particularly enjoyed the chicken with Caesar salad and the pork wrapped in bacon. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the indoor pool, but we're sure it's top-notch too. This place is definitely worth it, and we highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
