The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, being close to the main city attractions and well-served by public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast options.

Additionally, it is within walking distance of the city center, allowing guests to easily access shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate single duvets for a restful sleep. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are excellent.

The breakfast area can get crowded at times, resulting in queues for coffee.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel in a neighborhood full of hotels and the free bus that takes you right to the hotel. The room was nice and very quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The shower with a big shower head and massage option was a great way to relax after a long day of walking. The extra towels provided were a nice touch. The breakfast selection was superb with a wide variety of options and the unlimited coffee was delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamburg and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - it was within walking distance from the city center, close to the central station, and conveniently located near the subway for easy transportation. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful stay with great facilities and a convenient location.

Very clean rooms and lobby with stylish furniture. Water in the shower was nice, and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet offered basic choices and good hot drinks selection. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient for walking to the city center or attending Mehr! Theatre. Easy checkout with room card put in a box.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this hotel. Loved the funky decor and the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the complimentary breakfast had a vast spread of delicious food at a great price. the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to the city center and great restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the great WiFi signal throughout the hotel.

There wasn't much provision for smokers as there was no place to sit outside the hotel while enjoying a drink and a smoke. the sound-proofing of the room could have been better as we could hear our neighbors quite easily.

the air conditioning was great for the hot nights, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the design of the hotel was funky and fun. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the main train station and city center. the breakfast buffet offered all the basics and a great selection of hot drinks. it was a comfortable place to return to after a long day.

The continental breakfast had a great selection of items, and I loved that there were free coffees, teas, and hot chocolates available in the lounge area. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which was a big help. The hotel's location was convenient for bus travel, with a bus stop just a few meters away. There's also a 24-hour filling station across the road for any essentials you may need.
