We stayed in a hotel that's situated in a peaceful neighborhood and had some great facilities nearby. The hotel was close to the train station and U6 Nordfriedhof which made it easy to travel to the city center. We could easily reach the hotel from the Autobahn. The room was comfortable and had all the necessities, while the view was refreshing. The room service was prompt and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel staff seemed uninterested in guest satisfaction, which marred the overall experience.

Attended a conference in the fully air-conditioned conference rooms, enjoyed the balcony, and had no shortage of entertainment with free Wi-Fi and the Sky Movie channel.
