This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. First of all, the check-in process was a breeze. I was able to get into my room earlier than expected without any extra charges or complications. Secondly, the rooms were not only nice but also very clean, with the exception of a few carpet stains which were unavoidable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the highway, yet surprisingly quiet. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing that I would really change.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Qualitel. The check-in process was hassle-free and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. Despite being close to the highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We also appreciated the well-organized breakfast and the option to enjoy it past the usual time limit. we had a great experience at Qualitel and would highly recommend it.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near a gas station and various food outlets. The rooms are very clean and provide a quiet place to rest during transit. The easy check-in and check-out process, including the option to retrieve our room cards from a safe when arriving late, was a plus. Plus, the hotel is also pet-friendly, which is a great advantage for animal lovers.

The hotel lacks staff presence and communication skills. We were greeted only by a machine upon arrival and the staff we encountered later showed no politeness or interest in our stay, not even offering us breakfast.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. the Christmas decoration was lovely and created a festive atmosphere. the bed was comfortable and cozy. the location was perfect, as it was near the highway and easy to find. there was a gas station nearby, which was convenient for refueling the car during our road trip.

The Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent, which made it challenging to use our electronic devices. the breakfast was not included in the room rate, and there were no hot beverages available in the afternoon/evening.
