I have stayed at this hotel more than 3 times and I love everything about it. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-utilized kitchenette. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but it is easily accessible by car or tram.

We stayed at a hotel located in a convenient 'car area' of the city. The hotel offered ample parking space, which was great for our three-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided friendly and hospitable service. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which had an amazing variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel also had facilities such as a fitness room, jacuzzi, and sauna, available at no extra charge.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was a bit unreliable.

The breakfast was definitely the best part of our Christmas stay! There were many options for different tastes and the hot items were very satisfying. the underground parking was convenient and kept our car safe from the snow. Finally, the friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions.

The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep during the warmer winter nights. the wifi system was inconvenient, requiring registration with personal details and limiting devices to one at a time.

That some of the furniture in the hotel was a bit old, but it was still in good condition.

There was plenty of space for our whole family, and we especially liked the separate main bedroom. The breakfast selection was amazing, with everything from cappuccinos to omelets. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the pool table and massage chair. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the spacious rooms with kitchen facilities and the rooftop sauna and jacuzzi. The free parking and computer access in reception were also a great convenience.
