Great Christmas experience with friendly staff and amazing river views. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of options. Convenient location near the city center and beautiful Altstadt. The comfortable rooms were cozy and clean. The TV had English channels, which was a nice touch. a pleasant stay.

Minor inconvenience with water on the bathroom floor due to shower door. Some pillows on the bed were lumpy.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Viva Riverside in the heart of Duesseldorf. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and Christmas Market. The views of the Rhine River were stunning, especially from our river-facing room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the Molten Brown toiletries added a luxurious touch to our stay. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel on the waterfront promenade. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the charming old town and close to the city center. The room was small but incredibly comfortable, with a picturesque view of the river right outside the window. The staff provided top-notch service, making me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options and even mimosas. The interior of the hotel was stunningly designed, giving off a luxurious and clean ambiance. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The room at Viva Riverside Altstadt was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, offering a stunning view, especially at night. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the whole old city. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent value for the price.

During our stay, we had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was easily solved by using our smartphone hotspot. Although there was some noise, probably from the engine, it wasn't too disruptive.

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city and very close to the center. It is situated on the promenade above the window, offering stunning views of the river. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with beautiful views. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with polite and helpful reception and restaurant staff. The breakfast served is superb, and there are lovely Molten Brown toiletries in the bathroom.

The wifi connection is not reliable, making it difficult to download emails or stream anything.

The hotel is conveniently located near the German Opera and the airport, which is perfect for catching a show or a flight.

Who needs a spacious room when you can live it up on a ship? Just ignore the fact that people can walk past your window all day, it's like your own personal parade!
