This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the vineyards from the rooms with terrace. It's also conveniently situated right next to the hiking trails, making it perfect for nature lovers like myself. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with free bus and train cards to explore the area without a car. Additionally, the attention to detail was remarkable. I have dietary restrictions, and the breakfast team took special care to accommodate my gluten and lactose intolerance, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, the basic amenities were top-notch. The pool and sauna were fantastic, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of sightseeing. All in all, this was an excellent stay.

Spent Xmas holidays at a hotel in the Black Forest. The breakfast buffet was very complete and had lots of gluten-free options, which was great for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and with amazing views. We also enjoyed the free bus and train cards provided to explore nearby towns. a great place to relax and disconnect from the city.

The room we stayed in was not up to our expectations. We found the towels a bit old and some stains on them. Also, we could hear barking from a pet next door, even though the hotel had a no pets policy. The balcony had ashtrays, which made us suspect our neighbours were smoking. These details made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
