The breakfast buffet was incredible and included fresh pastries and fruits, as well as hot dishes. the location was perfect to go skiing and hiking in the natural surroundings. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were clean and peaceful.

We found the service a bit slow and not very proactive. We had to ask for information and help, and sometimes we didn't receive clear answers.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the outskirts of Braunlage in quiet surroundings was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious and comfortable room, with a balcony, was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a lovely pool and wellness area, as well as a playroom and games room for younger and older children. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.
