I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was great, right next to the highway, making it easy to access the city center and the airport. The staff was amazing, allowing me to check-in early and providing helpful suggestions for things to do in the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had great dining options, with a delicious breakfast and a nice bar. The staff was always available to assist with any needs, such as printing boarding passes. the service at this hotel was top-notch.

Finding parking nearby can be a bit challenging, but the staff was helpful in sorting it out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends because of its luxurious and comfortable facilities, great location, and excellent service.

Some of the facilities were in need of maintenance, such as the Wi-Fi being expensive and limited to one device. the carpets in the hallway were dirty, and the furniture was dated.

Friendly and attentive service from the staff, especially the bar and restaurant staff. The team on reception were professional and polite. Special thanks to the Ali's on the bar and Nicholas who went out of their way to make our New Year's Eve memorable. The location is convenient with a tram stop nearby and a short taxi run to the airport. The quality of food at breakfast and the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
