I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance of the town center and nestled next to a serene little lake in the middle of a beautiful forest. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to my every need. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The room I stayed in was quiet and well-equipped, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace to enjoy the serene surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities and services provided here, such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, make it all the more convenient for families to enjoy their time and have a hassle-free stay.

Friendly and polite staff at reception and in the restaurant. German staff made efforts to speak English and provided menus in English. Excellent restaurant food and well-equipped, quiet rooms. Would happily visit again when in northern Germany. Good SPA facilities.

We had a great city trip and stayed at a hotel with amazing spa facilities and delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was fantastic, surrounded by woods with running tracks and fitness equipment. We also loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and unwind.

The room was a bit small and outdated, and the bed was very hard which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel could use some renovation to refresh its appearance and modernize the rooms.
