During my recent stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views from the lobby and my cozy room, complete with a balcony. The breakfast featured an impressive selection of fresh items, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. I appreciated the public transit passes provided, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.

The highlight was the kitchen, food was on another level. I mean, each dish was fantastic, like who knew I’d have such a culinary experience here. Also, the breakfast selection was impressive, a real feast to start the day! Special shoutout to the male service staff in the restaurant, they really made a difference.

Despite the hotel's beautiful setting, the service occasionally felt impersonal. It would also benefit from better soundproofing, given the noise from adjacent rooms.

The outdoor seating area had amazing views – perfect for hanging out. Staff were super friendly and super helpful too. The spa was nice, but the coffee could totally use an upgrade. Breakfast in the dining area was delish, though! Just wish the room was a bit larger.
