The park location was really unique and fun. The safari drive is great with a lot of animals to see on your way. The park size is huge so it didn't feel crowded. The staff at dinner were super kind and efficient. The chalet was also amazing, cozy and clean with a great view of the lake.

The food options were limited and overpriced for the quality offered. The cafeteria area did not seem very clean and the breakfast staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. it was a good experience but be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and drinks.

The location of the resort is perfect for exploring the park. You can easily access the attractions and enjoy the comfort of staying within the park itself. The lodges offer amazing views of the animal enclosures, creating a unique and memorable experience. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with complimentary amenities such as biscuits and coffee. The staff at dinner are kind and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The breakfast staff and some of the adventure lodge staff were rude, which left a negative impression on guests.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the pond where you can watch animals eating in the morning. The breakfast provided is satisfactory and offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.
