We had a truly heavenly stay at a chateau-like hotel surrounded by beautiful grounds. The staff, who helped with our bags, were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Our large room on the top floor had the best views and was incredibly comfortable. The mini-bar in the room was well-stocked and included in the room price. The food at the hotel was exceptional, particularly the honey tray at breakfast that comes directly from the beehive. The hotel's proximity to Frankfurt airport was also a major plus, making it a convenient choice for our first night in Germany. We will definitely return, especially if we're visiting the nearby mountain area.

I traveled to Frankfurt for a weekend getaway and specifically chose to stay at Schlosshotel Kronberg. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating, even offering us refreshments when our room wasn't ready at check-in. The tower suite we stayed in, known as the Rapunzel suite, had a balcony with stunning views of the hotel and the surrounding mountains. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel grounds were enchanting, and the daily summer picnic was a delightful experience. Free parking and afternoon tea were added bonuses.

The location of the hotel is convenient, situated in the Frankfurt suburbs. However, be prepared to take a cab if they say the car is "too busy" to send you to the station. The castle restaurant has a stunning atmosphere, and the terrace area is a lovely spot to relax. The room, although small, had a comfortable bed and a balcony outside the window, albeit inaccessible.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the hotel's capacity at times.

Delightful beer garden, comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, magnificent rose garden, well-run by helpful staff.

We recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location surrounded by stunning gardens and picturesque scenery. the rooms were comfortably decorated and the bathroom was well-equipped with pampering toiletries and plush towels. As a bonus, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and coffee, which was a perfect start to our day. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplaces, which added to the charm of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this unique and historic destination, Schlosshotel Kronberg. The hotel is well-run with helpful and cordial staff who made me feel well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and each has its own distinct charm. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade and was placed in a fascinating and interesting quarters. The exterior of the hotel is a magnificent example of late 19C style, while the interiors are equally fascinating. The breakfast was a delight to consume, whether enjoyed indoors or on the fine terrace. I highly recommend a visit to the Empress's Rose Garden, which is splendid to behold when the roses are in bloom. The overall atmosphere of the hotel exudes history and calmness, making it truly somewhere special to stay.

The bedroom was elegant and spacious, providing a comfortable and restful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us warmly. We were also impressed by the delicious food served during our conference. Despite the lack of a fitness center, the hotel's location in a beautiful wooded park allowed for enjoyable jogging opportunities. we would highly recommend Schlosshotel Kronberg - Hotel Frankfurt for a unique and grand European experience.

We enjoyed a luxurious stay at this venue. the service was exceptional, with top-notch exclusive amenities including a spa and wellness centre, beauty treatments, and a manicure room. Our room had exclusive advantages such as a sun terrace and a private garden area. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area had great cocktails. the location is also an advantage, as it offered easy access to various activities.

The only minor issue was that the check-in process could have been more welcoming and friendly. this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal, being only a 30-minute drive from Frankfurt airport. It felt like a different world altogether. Self-parking right in front of the entrance made it convenient for us. We were impressed with the early check-in that the front desk accommodated, and the grandiose lobby with its charming features, like the staircase, giant clock, and tapestries. the room, although not as extravagant as the lobby, was comfortable and had a nice balcony. the beautiful gardens and surroundings were a lovely addition to the experience.

Breakfast reception lacked warmth and left us feeling unwelcome. Some of the hotel staff were not well-trained or displayed poor hospitality skills.

We felt like royalty in this beautifully appointed castle hotel. The rooms were huge and filled with period pieces, while the bathrooms and beds were modern and comfortable. The staff were discrete and attentive, making us feel like we were the only guests.

The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, especially when it comes to hot dishes.
