This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a beautiful location. The impressive building has been lovingly restored and the spacious rooms offer fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have a room on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the peaceful trees, providing a tranquil escape. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

No negatives, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape in the midst of the charming Harz countryside. The luxurious and spacious room was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was beyond impressive- offering a variety of beautiful items to choose from. Additionally, the outside seating and little pool were lovely, and we imagine it would be a great spot for summer getaways.

Although the hotel is a little off the beaten track, it was not a problem for us as we had a car and could easily explore the area. However, it would be difficult without a car, as there are no restaurants or food supply shopping within walking distance. It's also important to note that there is no on-site restaurant or bar, but this was not a big problem as the hotel recommended a nearby restaurant, which was perfect for our needs.
