The hotel is located right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to walk to the mall or train station. The room was spacious and bright, with a large window and plenty of storage space. The staff were friendly and the breakfast provided in the morning was very good.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, really close to the center. It's just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bathrooms are also well-maintained, with updated showers and classic tiles. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a great selection of choices, including properly prepared scrambled eggs.

The parking options are limited, with only two spaces available, and it is necessary to make a reservation.

Conveniently located near a mall and old town. B&B setup with optional breakfast. Friendly and helpful couple running the place. Close to restaurants and shops. 1 min away from city center. Very clean and comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Wind protected beer garden for coffee. Friendly owners.

Kind and helpful front desk staff. Perfect for short stays. Clean and comfy rooms. Spacious bathroom. Friendly staff who helped navigate the area.

The hotel had complimentary water and some snacks, which was a nice touch. the location was right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to get around and find things to do. I also liked that they had a restaurant on site, so I didn't have to venture too far for a meal.

My room was quite noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it got pretty stuffy in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kaiserslautern. The owner was so friendly and energetic, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and bright with a large window, and the bathroom was lovely with classic, old tiles. The breakfast option wasn't available for me, but the seating area looked stylish and inviting. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, truly the highlight of my visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a business traveler, I was impressed with the excellent breakfast spread and the convenient location near restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Sigrid at the front desk, provided exceptional service. The room and bathroom were newly renovated and surprisingly spacious for European standards.

Felt like in a fairy tale, no complaints whatsoever.
