We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. Despite being next to the motorway, we couldn't hear any noise. The air-conditioning was a great bonus, especially as we arrived on a hot day after a long motorbike ride. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an elevator available in this small hotel. The location was convenient, allowing us to quickly walk to the city. The parking situation was brilliant, as we could park right in front of our window for free. We also appreciated the option to choose our own food and found a nice restaurant nearby called "Zur Letzten Träne" with delicious food.

I had a great stay at a hotel just off the Autobahn A3, 20 km from Koln/Bonn airport. It was the perfect location for my late-night arrival, as there was a 24-hour gas station with check-in just 150m away. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The WiFi was fast, and I even received a complimentary bottle of water. Despite facing the highway, the noise was not too loud for me. it was an excellent experience at Serways Hotel.

We had an excellent stay at a conveniently located hotel just off the highway. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful night's sleep. Despite a minor check-in confusion, the overall experience was positive. We also appreciated the generous check-out time. I highly recommend this hotel for a stopover during a long journey.

The lack of staff was quite frustrating, not being able to check-in directly at the hotel and having to go to a nearby service station. The staff that was available wasn't friendly nor helpful.

The location of Serways Hotel Siegburg West was ideal for us, as it was conveniently situated next to the A3 motorway. Despite being close to the highway, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was, thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief after a long, hot motorcycle ride. We appreciated having a 24-hour reception at the nearby petrol station, even though it felt a bit clinical. we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
