Loved the convenient location right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a minibar and flat-screen TV.

Didn't like the high prices for breakfast, it seemed a bit overpriced considering there were other options nearby. The room we stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, not ideal for a romantic escape.

The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the wellness facilities which were the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was worth the money, with a great selection and the option to order eggs or pancakes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I also had the pleasure of using the spa, which was a great treat. The spa was clean and had unique seating around the pool. The massage and facial I booked were top-notch and helped relieve my back pain. The hotel even surprised me with a card and a birthday cupcake, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Side Design Hotel for its impeccable design, cleanliness, and excellent location.
