I had a great stay at Smart Stay Hotel Berlin City. The location was excellent, right next to the Bismarckstr. U-Bahn station, making it easy to explore Berlin. The room was clean and the furniture was nice. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being close to the subway, the room was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful rest. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby, perfect for trying different cuisines. The rooms are equipped with a spacious private bathroom, which was clean and had a good shower. I appreciated the large windows in the room, as they let in plenty of natural light and provided a nice view.

The Smart Stay Hotel Berlin City - Hostel is in a great location, very close to the Bismarkstrasse U-Bahn station. This makes it convenient for exploring the rest of the city. The hotel offers modern and new rooms with six beds in each room, perfect for budget travelers. The beds are nice and showers are available in each room. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of eating joints around the hotel.

Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.

The location of this budget hotel is very convenient, with easy access to Tegel airport. It is also close to grocery stores and just a minute's walk from the metro station, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. Additionally, there are computers available for use and the wifi connection is reliable.

One downside is that there are no lockers available in the dormitory room, which might make some guests feel uncomfortable about leaving their luggage unsecured.

The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and it was free! the location was perfect. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Plus, the staff was friendly!

The room was cramped and there was no place to store our luggage. the shower was a disaster and flooded the entire bathroom.
