We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, including the Cruise Terminal. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had both a bathtub and shower in the bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, from the moment we checked in to the time we ordered breakfast to our room. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and exceeded all of our expectations. we would highly recommend this hotel, especially for business guests.

Additionally, the sustainable approach of the hotel, with environmentally conscious choices and amenities such as glass bottles for drinking water, was impressive.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to a shopping mall and various attractions. It is also conveniently located near other five-star hotels in the area. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with excellent furniture. The breakfast was top-notch, and the spa facilities were very nice.

It was also disappointing that there was an extra charge for Wi-Fi access.
