Great location close to popular spots and with beautiful views. We got excellent recommendations from the staff on where to go and how to get there. the free card for leisure activities was a plus, allowing us to use cable cars and other options without extra costs. the rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and tidy.

We had a bit of a stressful check-in with an annoyed staff member, and the breakfast room felt a little awkward with no background music or anything to lighten up the atmosphere. we unexpectedly had to pay an additional fee for taxes.
