I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were beyond my expectations, with a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping the place spotless and ensuring I had fresh sheets that were incredibly soft and pleasant. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to my stay. The tours and ticket assistance provided here were also a great perk, making it easy for me to explore the area and make the most out of my visit.

We wanted to participate in the penguin feeding but were not able to book it in time. It would have been nice to have more information readily available about activities and events.
