We recently stayed at a hotel located in a mixed business industrial area but quite safe. Despite being close to a railway line, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The Berliner Tor train station was conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. Our room had a kettle, coffee, and tea, providing a homely touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The newly renovated rooms had a wonderful atmosphere and were impeccably clean, offering a comfortable stay.

Noise from other rooms and the hallway could sometimes be disruptive.

The hotel receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well-furnished, clean and modern. the hotel’s location was very convenient being only a short walk away from the S-/U-Bahn stop.

The cleanings of the room needed to be improved. It had some areas with dust under the bench and under the waste basket, which is unacceptable.
