We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathroom that had an excellent shower. Checking in was fast and efficient, and the hotel had plenty of parking spaces available. The location, just outside this city, was perfect for us as it was close to a tram stop that took us directly to the city center.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of things to do in the outskirts of the city. It's conveniently near an industrial park, making it ideal for business travelers. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms were impressive. I loved that the rooms had 2 queen beds, with air conditioning and very comfy beds. The bathroom was also nice, and it was a bonus that breakfast was included.

Everything was up to par, no improvements needed.

I arrived late at the hotel and was unsure of how to access my room, but the friendly staff at Plaza Inn quickly resolved the issue and ensured a smooth check-in process. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast. I had a pleasant stay at Plaza Inn and would recommend it to others.

The staff at Plaza Inn Karlsruhe were so attentive and friendly, it was like having my own personal servants. The rooms were luxurious and the location was perfect, far away from the city center where all the commoners are.

The only thing I didn't like was how the breakfast staff rudely snatched my food away when I was still eating. Such impeccable manners, I was truly impressed.

The hotel has two elevators and a central air conditioner. The staff were kind, nice, and spoke English.
